Coffee is indeed one of the necessities that most people need nowadays. It is devoured daily by millions of people, which is why it is said to be the second most popular drink in the world. Usually, people consider this as their morning awakener. A new study from the School of Health and Human Performance at Dublin City University in Ireland reported that consuming coffee regularly can desensitize athletes to the performance-enhancing effects of the drug. The researchers tested eighteen men who were a part of the sports team. Learn more about this research today.
