Tea for Brain Activity!

Do you ever wonder why there are times that your brain seems to not function well? With daily stress and tiring days, it is not surprising anymore. But, there are some things you can do to improve your brain activity. A study conducted by the National University of Singapore revealed that regular tea intake will help you with that. This study further explored what tea can do on brain networks. Moreover, the study followed the past studies led by Asst. Prof Feng. It showed that drinking tea every day can reduce the risk of cognitive decline in older persons by 50 percent.

The team observed 36 adults aged 60 and above and gathered data about their health, lifestyle, and psychological well-being. Aside from that, the participants undergo neuropsychological tests and magnetic resonance imaging. As the research continues, they discovered that people who consumed tea at least four times a week had brain regions that were interconnected in a more efficient way.
