Dance is a form of art wherein a person moves rhythmically to music following a sequence of steps. Often, it is one of the things that was taught to us when we were kids. But, as we grow old, some of us stop dancing and find other things to do. Well, not all of us are fond of this activity, so some people disregard this not knowing that dancing can give us more than fun and excitement. Some studies say that dance therapy can help treat some medical conditions and provide a wide range of health benefits.
