Javonte Maynor leads clinical operations at Renew Health Clinical Research LLC with a clear mission: to make clinical trials accessible and inclusive for all communities.
With extensive experience in patient recruitment and trial management, Javonte focuses on bridging gaps in healthcare by bringing research opportunities to underserved populations.
He oversees the strategic growth of Renew Health Clinical Research, driving initiatives in obesity-related studies, dermatology trials, and COVID-19 treatment research. Javonte is passionate about community engagement and innovative recruitment strategies, ensuring diverse representation in every study.
His vision is bold—scaling Renew Health Clinical Research to 50 active trials across the Atlanta Metro and Tampa Bay areas by 2027—while continuing to improve health outcomes and build trust in clinical research.

Dr. Ebony Owens, DHA
Dr. Ebony Owens serves as the Director of Clinical Operations for Renew Health Clinical Research, where she leads efforts to deliver high-quality, patient-centered clinical trials. With a strong foundation in clinical research and healthcare, Dr. Owens is committed to expanding access to innovative treatments and ensuring diverse representation in every study.
Her leadership focuses on operational excellence, community engagement, and building trust in clinical research. Dr. Owens works closely with sponsors and research teams to uphold the highest standards of safety, ethics, and scientific rigor, while creating a welcoming environment for participants.

Fernando Maynor
Fernando Maynor leads business development for Renew Health Clinical Research in Florida, focusing on building strong connections that make clinical trials accessible and beneficial for local communities. He works closely with local physicians and community organizations to create partnerships that bring innovative research opportunities to patients who need them most.
Fernando is passionate about helping people understand the value of clinical research and ensuring that every study reflects the diversity of the communities served. His approachable style and commitment to collaboration make him a trusted resource for both healthcare providers and patients.

Dr. Raymond Easley, DO
Dr. Raymond Easley was the first investigator to join our team in September 2016. Our company was able to bring clinical trials to Dr. Easley's existing practice in Northeast Atlanta and help hundreds of patients gain access to new and exciting treatments pending FDA approval. Dr. Easley has over 30 years of medical experience and close to 10 years of research experience.

Dr. Ayyaz Qureshi, MD
Dr. Ayyaz Qureshi joined our Georgia team in November 2022 as an investigator on multiple hypertension trials. He also aids in the care of patients enrolled in our mental health trials. Dr. Qureshi is a strong investigator who has a passion for bringing new therapies to market that will treat our most troublesome health conditions.

Dr. Nurul Hoque, MD
Dr. Nurul Hoque joined our team in April 2023 as principal investigator on our psychiatric clinical trials. He is a board-certified psychiatrist with more than 15 years of experience in adult and child/adolescent psychiatry.
Dr. Hoque has expertise in treating a variety of mental health conditions including depression, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other mental health conditions.
Dr. Hoque strives to approach each patient with the highest level of empathy, respect, and confidentiality in order to foster a welcoming and open atmosphere.

Ronsha Brown, APRN-C
Ronsha Brown is the founder/CEO of Nurse Practitioners of Florida.
Brown saw the need for health clinics throughout the Sunshine State that would provide compassionate and affordable care.
Her practice offers acute medical care as well as preventive measures — such as screenings, tests, hydration, and wellness examinations, among others. Ronsha Brown joined our research team in 2019 and has provided excellent insight into the needs of her patients.

Dr. Richard Powell, MD
Dr. Richard Powell is a highly experienced internist with over 32 years of dedicated service in the medical field. A proud alumnus of the University of South Florida, Dr. Powell graduated in 1992 and has since built a distinguished career marked by his commitment to patient care and medical research.
Currently, Dr. Powell serves as a principal investigator at Renew Health Clinical Research in St. Petersburg, FL. In this role, he leads cutting-edge clinical trials aimed at advancing medical knowledge and improving patient outcomes. His extensive experience and expertise make him a valuable asset to the medical community and a trusted healthcare provider.
Dr. Powell's dedication to his patients and his passion for medical research continue to drive his contributions to the field of internal medicine.

Dr. Tyndal Jones, MD
Dr. Tyndal Jones is a board‑certified OB/GYN serving as an Investigator at Renew Health Clinical Research. With over 20 years of experience in women’s health, she is dedicated to guiding patients through every stage of care with compassion and expertise.
She began her career as a Registered Nurse in the U.S. Army Nurse Corps and excelled in the intensive OB/GYN specialty program at Fort Bragg, graduating at the top of her class.
Dr. Jones’s extensive expertise and warm, patient-centered approach make clinical trials feel safe and informed. She collaborates closely with patients and research teams to bring innovative OB/GYN therapies to life, helping fulfill Renew Health’s mission of inclusive, high‑quality research for women’s health.
Executive Assistant
Shiela Catalla
Shiela keeps our sponsor/CRO pipeline organized and moving. She coordinates calendars and introductions, routes CDAs, and logs outreach in Zoho CRM.
She researches feasibility contacts, books intro meetings, and supports physician‑recruitment materials in Canva. Comfortable in Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and Calendly, Shiela helps our team deliver responsive, community‑focused collaboration.
